This salmon has not been reared in the sensitive sea lochs of Scotland where the marine life surrounding is potentially effected by escapees, additional lice and other effects. The quality of the salmon is also outsanding with them constantly swimming producing a very lean fish, some might say much closer in textutre to wild salmon.
